Felt Like Coming Home to Myself

This audiobook totally surprised me. I didn’t realize how disconnected I was from my own body until I started listening. The meditations and practices aren’t just relaxing they’re transformational. I actually cried during one of the breathwork sessions in a good way. It helped me tap into emotions I’d been ignoring for years. If you're craving more presence, sensuality, or just want to feel more you, this one’s a gem.

Reconnected with My Body in a Whole New Way

I didn’t expect these meditations to feel so intimate and grounding. The way the sessions weave movement, breath, and awareness helped me notice parts of my body I usually ignore. The section on releasing tension through sensual expression was especially eye-opening—it felt like letting go of something I didn’t even realize I was holding. A peaceful reset for both mind and bod

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this audiobook has become a daily ritual for me. Deeply Felt Healing

Each session brought me into a state of inner connection I hadn’t felt before. The narrator’s voice carried such calm and authentic presence. I released tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. Relaxing your mind through meditation

Heather Dolson’s Somatic Meditations for Embodied Awakening was an incredibly soothing and relaxing experience. After doing a lot of the exercises I felt such a powerful connection with my mind and body. Life is pretty stressful at the moment so having an audiobook like this is such a valuable resource that I will be listening to multiple times. The narrator has a calming tone which I could’ve fallen asleep to. The chapters on Sensual self-touch and The voice as a healing tool were my two favourites.
