Not quite what I expected but I really enjoyed this book. It teaches ways for you to feel more connected to your body. It explains how breathing, gentle movement, and short meditations can help calm emotions and reduce stress. The author gives easy steps to try at home, like noticing how your body feels or doing light dancing to feel more free. People who feel tense or worried might find this helpful (not saying this is me but...). The book also shows how to add these habits to your daily life. Excellent book, one which I highly recommend.
