Davis J. Miller has written a great book and the narration by Celia McLennan is excellent.

My husband and I have stayed in a few AirBnB's around the world and often thought boy it would be great to own 1 of these so we can come on holiday and then the rest of the year make some $. Thats as far as the conversation ever gets because of buying a rental property in a foreign area, who would manage it, how do you promote it, how do you make sure its cleaned, how do you charge for broken items and all the other things that inevitably make you not make a decision to help supplement your income.

Well look no further than this book for all those answers and so much more we never thought of. If you are interested in this business you will not need any other guide to make it happen. This is a great book and i highly recommend it.
