I hear your book/podcasts every day of my fast
the second fast was so much easier than the first one (I tape my mouth at night and it helps so much!)
I am eating high fat carnivore diet before the fast and it makes I so much more easy to transition into fast - no hunger , no thirst- maybe because I was fat adapted before the start
