I personally had to listen to this four or five times to take it all in, don't think that it is difficult to listen to as it is an entertaining but educational and extremely well assembled piece of work.
Would i recommended it, yes, if you really want to understand why you drink and how to stop, this does it. A 5 star book.

It had some really good ‘eye’ openers that are helpful and I’ve already listened twice since I bought it 2 weeks ago.
My only criticism is that it kept referring to a hypnosis track that is available with the book and implies you should really listen to this . As far as I can tell (from looking at his website and watching the free webinar), the hypnosis track and other material is only available to those who join his SDE group. The group does sound amazing and has lots of material and support but costs €594 to be member of. This made me think that the book was a cunning way just to promote the group.
It took the shine off the book a bit. The group does sound good but I don’t want to spend that amount of money on it when a main reason for me stopping drinking is to save money
