Summary
In a time when magic rules the sea, she only trusts her sword.
Storm Raiders
Abbey has always been an outsider in Holdgate. While the people of her adopted city dominate the seas with their weather-controlling storm magic, she prefers the work in her father’s blacksmith shop.
Besting any foolish enough to question her skills with a sword.
But when her father is falsely accused of murder, she has to sneak aboard a stormship and take to the seas in a quest to clear his name.
Teaming up with a young storm mage and a no-nonsense captain, Abbey sets off on a swashbuckling adventure.
She’ll soon learn that the legendary Storm Raiders - a terrifying group of seafaring pirates - are all too real.
Storm Callers
Abbey and Dustin head to the Storm Wall to investigate a series of Barskall attacks. They arrive in the midst of a battle and discover an unlikely ally. They soon learn of a powerful weapon they can use to stop Dahlia and her seafaring pirates...
If they can find it in time.
The search will take them deep into enemy territory, where their only hope for survival is the resourcefulness of their small but feisty crew.
As they race to find the weapon, a mysterious group of Storm Callers threatens to take over the seas and pave the wave for a whole new breed of Storm Raiders.
Storm Breakers
How do you defeat a magician who can shape mountains?
Abbey and her friends travel across the sea in search of Syd’s brother, a sailor captured by a warlord years ago. To find him, they’ll need the help of their greatest enemy, the Storm Caller Dahlia.
When they arrive, they discover a land ruled by a new form of magic: the Way of Stone.
The Stone Shapers agree to help Abbey and her friends track down the missing man, but only if Abbey helps them defeat a band of rebels first.
What Abbey doesn’t know is that the leader of the rebels is the very man they came to rescue.
Storm Warrior
The greatest threat to the future comes from the secrets of the past.
Abbey and her friends return home after their long journey west to find Holdgate threatened by both an enemy to the south and a hidden Barskall army to the east.
Lucky for Holdgate, Abbey and the crew of The Foggy Day are more than ready to defend their home.
But there’s an even greater threat to the city...one nobody sees coming.
A man with a mysterious connection to Abbey’s past has arrived, and he wants to see the stormships burn.
He’s about to learn why it’s never a good idea to mess with Abbey’s friends.
Set on the foundation laid by the Kurtherian Gambit Series, Storms of Magic tells an entirely new story in the Age of Magic - and of the heroes and villains who battle for control of its destiny.

Enjoyed it all!
Glad I listened to this series! It's my first dive into this universe and it seems to be built very well, with interesting characters and a broad selection of people.
Very good narration too. Gave the characters the best individual identities with the voice changes.
I am equal in my praise and criticism, there just isn't anything I can think of to criticise about!
