A recipe book about life
I enjoyed this book. It is a recipe book (though you have to download or contact the author for some of the recipes) , but for me the book was about how emotions and life all tie in with the food we eat. Tanya Eby is very funny this comes across in her words and her delivery.

This will get you into the kitchen!
With wit and wisdom, Tanya Eby gives us some fantastic recipes! She never ceases to make me laugh, and her memorable stories featuring the foods she recommends make me want to make a meal! All joking aside, she is a fantastic cook, the recipes appear to be easy and I can't wait to make boozy balls. The pdf for all the recipes is included with the audible purchase. A recipe for any mood, give this one a listen. You will enjoy the humor, the stories and the poetry! Tanya narrates it herself, which is just another reason to listen!

Foods for All Moods!
A cookbook in audio form? How does that work, I hear you say! Trust me! It does! Okay, let me start by saying, This book is one of the most original audiobooks I've ever listened to, it's hard to put into one genre, but here goes! it's one woman's journey through this crazy thing called life, one recipe at a time! It's witty as well as hilarious, gut-wrenching at times but fills one's soul. It's a kind of self-help book recipes as a form therapy! You don't have to be the next Delia Smith to be able to follow them, either! I truly loved this open, honest and hysterical book! This is the book every girl should gift to their friends, filled with So many laugh out loud and relatable moments and Tanya's whimsical but poignant narration is the perfect casting!
Forget "Feel the fear and do it anyway" It's more, Feel the fear and bake Beaver Cake!!!
FOODS FOR ALL MOODS!
