I have read this book a few times but the audible version narrated by Stephen Dexter just puts the cherry on top

I already knew I loved the story as I have read all of Victoria Avelines work. I’ve been slowly working my way through the audiobooks and they’re just as great - the narration is fabulous and it brings a new quality to an already amazing story. Can’t wait for the next one to be released!

We got to see an entire new city with its peculiarities, from the way its citizens look and behave, to the environment they are in, and more. it was fun. I love getting to know different parts of Clecania.
Alex is funny and really strong too. Love her personality. Auzed, on the other hand, is a nut hard to crack. The grumpy males in this series appear to be a theme.
