When I was a little girl, my Ma used to read me stories every night. Some were epic adventures with high stakes and exciting twists while others were of princesses trapped in towers guarded by fierce dragons. The pitiful princess would be stuck inside all day pining for her prince charming to come and rescue her. I always hated those stories. I couldn't imagine why the lazy thing didn't just get up and leave. Ironic since I was now stuck in that same situation. Turns out, when a dragon holds you hostage, he doesn't just let you get up and leave.
Who knew?
When I thought I saw hope on the horizon, that hope was smashed to bits by - you guessed it - another damn dragon.

Great series, getting repetitive
It's more or less the same from the previous books but with each new book it gets less interesting story/plot wise.
However, it's still an unique story and very funny. I enjoyed it.

That's the stuff!
I was looking for something funny, sassy, light but also dark in emotional heart tugs, spicy and if it feels right steamy with smex, AND filled with adventure and paranormal elements! This was what I was looking for!
How does this author make me fall so quickly for these characters! I don't know but I love it and have not been disappointed once. I was cackling at all sorts! Alexa and her antics, Cherries inner monologue, Dantes innocence in the way of love to a point the sentence "Everyone spread out and find a Virgin!" were said with slight panic in a effort to help his tough but clueless with human love.
What a fun book, I was sad it finished. But I feel like it's not the end. Not sure how you can top spider people, zombies, a talking flying sword and unicorns...but I think she will. There is still more to this world and I am all in!

Fun and sweet
Tried this as it was on sale and absolutely loved it! All the characters felt like family and the story was so sweet and funny. I'm going to go back and read the others now as I want to know more about their stories.

Great storyline
A great book to listen to, the story line of all the books are cohesive and easy to follow, the narrator does a great job differentiating the characters, though there is some issues with recording. some edits are left in, occasionally the audio volume decreased but it didn't detract from the book.
Overall a solid set of books! 10/10 would play as a DND campaign

Love this edition
I think these books are great, funny, clever and engrossing. Each one has played the main characters beautifully and the storyline is unput downable
