About this listen
Offering straightforward and highly effective techniques to those seeking personal healing, this manual provides ways in which the power of people's voices can improve and enhance their lives. Identifying sound as the center of creation and an individual’s unique signature note - the song of the soul - that unifies the mind, body, and spirit, this important tome urges listeners to rediscover this inner sound and move onto the path of healing and the hope of creative fulfillment. Exercises to achieve peace and harmony, boost self-confidence, and add color and passion to self-expression help seekers reach their potent, powerful, and most importantly, their personal sound.

Insubstantial mysticism masquerading as self-appointed mastery. Flannel without function.
Mr Pearce may well be a great voice coach with a stellar career, he certainly says he is. If this is true, then he is doing himself a great disservice with this book. Mr Pearce is clearly under the painfully embarrassing false impression that he is a great esoteric psychoanalyst. Expect an over-pronounced stream of westernised cliches, drawing ill informed links to cultures he clearly has minimal knowledge of, all designed to make you think in mystical terms. If you're hoping to wade through this in order to get to any kind of substance around actual voice work, save yourself the time.
