This book gives alot of natural techniques to think differently than the way we've been thought, it removes resistance and allows easy flowing. Even from extreme negative feelings to positive one's and allowing you to be in the right vibration of your desires. Abraham teachings makes you realise how life is easy flowing and has been made easy flowing. We have been thought the opposite way. If you listen to her teachings and most of her book you will realise how easy you create deliberately. I'm happy and grateful that my inner being showed me this way and leading me to the path of least resistance in my growth. I appreciate the works of Abraham and many lives it touched and still to touch.
