Another wonderful chapter in the Discovery of Witches story.
Finding new family members, touching on old family stories. Lots of twists and turns with new insights to past events.

so pleased to discover the next chapter after the trilogy
enjoyable continuing saga. not at enthralling as previous .then suppose only setting us up for the next level of excitement and page turning

I didnt expect to like this book as so many years have passed since the last one. I was wrong, just finished it and about to start re listening. I hope the next book won't take quite so many years.

Long awaited.
Listening to this book was like catching up with friends and family after a very long absence - joyous and occasionally tearful.
Deborah Harkness delivers an exciting and unexpected tale.. book 5 does not disappoint. I must point out that there are a few continuity issues which are forgiven for having a less needy Matthew (sigh).
Jennifer Ikeda’s performance is as polished and delicious as ever.
