It might catch your attention straight away, or it may take a little while to get in to the book properly, but Groeschel puts into word what many Christians need to know. Particularly recommended for those who read the blurb and think 'This doesn't relate to me, I'm fine. I'm not a cultural christian.'

Also a great book for agnostics and atheists who hold a lot of resentful anger or confusion because of the hypocrisy demonstrated across the 'Christian' community world-over.

This guy talks a lot of truth in a subject area where truth can be surprisingly hard to come by.

Craig sets out in his book. To show us some gently how we are falling ways Christians today show the failings of the church and how not just the failings and the shortcomings, but how we can change them and how we can move forward in that. Is a real blessing and I pray that God blesses his family and his church abundantly?

Intresting and funny tone in pastor Craig Groeschels journey to real faith- and different levels of being an Christian atheist on a spektrum... With unpredictable and gutlevel honesty funny exemples Craig explains his aversions of Christian experiences as well as lot of battles with the " inner Christian atheist."... The relaxed tone paints a very safe space...Its healing for my nerves in many ways ... But chapter hell and evangelism was very sterotype unfirtunately. Some old traumas from fanatics kicked in...The part about volunteerwork is a mystery..How can churchvolunteers find abondoned children with maggots and no details about they having to go in therapy? it was a bit too stomach strong for me ...I receive the first chapters best- and also last chapter 14 ...To really reflect on the deeper meaning of what does it realky mean to be a true Christian? ...Most content is challenging for me in a good way...
