About this listen

A centuries-old skeleton is discovered in a lonely Scottish Castle. It wears a crown and hides a curse. Swift, the detective friend of Major Heathcliff Lennox, now lives at Braeburn Castle and it was he who uncovered the skeleton. As ghosts are heard and treasure-seekers appear, the murders begin. Lennox must go to Braeburn and investigate as Halloween draws near.

I’m really enjoying this series by Karen Menuhin and Sam Dewhust-Phillips has the most divine voice! My only criticism is that if ex chief inspector Swift tightens the belt of his trench coat one more time, he will be completely devoid of breath!

Best one yet!

3rd book, main character over privileged man who lacks confidence easing into himself over these 3 books. Has charm. over use of the sentence WHAT NOT, need a this and that to reduce it.

Easy listening
