Summary

Poor Bernie!

Maggie's adventures continue as she searches for the rest of the Elementals after finding Fire in the last book.

Simon's getting nastier and more erratic as the dark magic is taking him over.

And Bernie, poor, poor Bernie turns himself into a raccoon so he can spy on Jake, the half-Kashgar (the tall bar stewards), only to find his magic is on the fritz and can't turn back into his normal gnome self. Wearing a t-shirt and short-shorts, he carries on helping Maggie with her quest.

Great story and a few laugh out loud moments (at Bernie's expense lol).
