In this book Sydney Banks explains the relationship between the mind, the consciousness and the thought in a easy to understand way, he stresses how important it is to become familiar with these fundamental truths to live a successful and happy life.

I'm grateful the narrator did this book, but sometimes the meaning of a sentence was obscured by the choices he made in intonation and inflection. However I still made it through the whole book and I'm glad I did. This book has been on my list for a while. It wasn't a game-changer for me though because I've already heard of the 3 principles.

This book gives good explanation about our innate mental wellbeing, How it is there since we born and also how we create our own reality or own life and experience. Plenty things to think about, calm down to find our true selves, our true wisdom and peace of mind. Everyone should listen it multiple times.

I really enjoyed this novel; I believe that this will be one of my go-to listens to bring me back on track. I wish there were other Sydney Banks books on here. I have since bought others in paperback, but I do love to listen to this enlightening story.
