omgosh I loved this. I loved the dog. loved everything about this story. I thought it was a shame when it ended. I loved the characters. and the narrator bought it all to life

This series is definitely worth your time to listen to, it has a Zombie hoard that retains some ability to think, a hero and his dog (whom you can love), plus many more wonderful characters who you can root for.

I always think the best part of Zombie series, are the characters, If you get that magic balance of victories and defeats, loss, love and family, you have a winner.

The only thing that was truly upsetting, is that its a 4 book series and I wanted more. I hope Walt Browning resurrects this with another 4 parter, there is too much of this story that is just begging for this. I want to see Carver and Spectre take on the new variants, plus hear how they continue to further their re-building of society, while trying to retain some of the technology of the past.

wasn't sure when I heard shreks part at first and about the extra mutations but it was great. blasted through the box set I. a week and go na go have a look at his other stuff. the voice actor was good too and managed alright with accents, defo not the worse I've heard.

Probably one of the best series I have listened to, I felt connected to all the characters and didn’t want the series to end.
This would make great films or even a Tv series.
