Life changing. I read this book a few years ago and start practicing this. I read again now and the way I understand has changed. Amazingly powerful. Thank you for sharing this with us.

I got this book after listening to the 4 agreements at least half a dozen times so this seemed like a great progression.

However I think that if you have the 4 agreements this is not essential, many may feel it’s just a re-hash if the same stuff, for me you can’t hear great messages enough and as repetitive as the book is, the best lessons need to be repeated to keep us orientated.

I would say get the 4 agreements first and fully understand them, then a few months later this book will be a great supplement but if you’re looking for something wildly different groundbreaking and new then you may be disappointed.

It’s not how much you know, it’s how you do with the information you have.
