A great book for leadership growth!
As someone who’s been in a leadership role for a few years now, I felt like I was starting to hit a wall with managing change and keeping my team motivated. Great resource!
Lots of great ideas! This book goes through all the components of leadership development from creating connections to overcoming challenges to learning from mentors. I really enjoyed the way it was presented and the myriad issues it covered. This is a must read for anyone who aspires to a leadership role or who wants to inspire other leaders.
