I read the choice last year and when I saw Edith Eger had released another book, I decided to try it on audible. This book is a must read or a must listen. It’s delivered fantastically on audible, when I sometimes struggle with the delivery of books on audible. I’ve read a number of “self help” books in my time and have been classed as having depression from a very young age and Edith Eger’s books speak to me in a way that others do not!

A absolute must listen or read book. Compelling, thought provoking, inspiring, very helpful and definitely life changing for me. What a woman!..and it's amazing to know she wrote this at 92! It is a stand alone book, but I would recommend reading "the choice" first as it gives you that understanding of how much she has endured and just makes the stories in this book in relation to her own life all the more powerful. I've already recommended to many family and friends
