I really enjoyed this Chicklit. It was different which made a nice change. Personally I couldn't be married to a man obsessed with sports but character Lexi made it funny in this book.

I am really enjoying books by Anna Bell. The narrator Imogen Church was good and I have listened to her before.

This was in the plus catalogue so I didn't use a credit. Yes I do recommend listening to this.

Got this book free on prime. Wasn’t expecting much so was really surprised to enjoy it. Nice characters, some very funny moments. Narrator was a bit poor, but it didn’t spoil the read. I’ll probably read more from this author

I laughed hard in a few parts, like when Lexy dressed to seduce Will. I didn't expect to laugh, so I was listening to it in bed using earbuds. I tried to keep it quiet but ended up shaking the bed in laughter and waking up my husband, who probably thought I was convulsing. The narrator, Imogen, is very good at her job. I found the story to be quite original, which is a bonus.
My advice for women who aren't obsessed with sports, though is, never, EVER, get involved with a man who is. It's will save you a lot of arguments and heart breaking 💔

I’ve been on a bit of a romcom/ chicklit binge of late and this is one of the best ones I’ve listened to. It’s very easy to listen to and the narration was brilliant. I’d definitely recommend it.
