My five year old granddaughter has listened to the first two stories in this series and they are an ideal bridge between early picture stories and the more complex stories .Quick and easy to follow for young children using simple vocabulary but extending this incorporating new words and expressions. We loved it. Perfect for 5 to 8 year olds. Diction slow and clear.
