A better understanding of keto diets
I listened to this audiobook because my best friend is on a KETO diet, and so is my niece. I figured this would be a good way to support them in their weight loss journey. There are over 20 recipes in chapter 15! Now that I have a better understanding of how ketogenic diets work, I can be more encouraging and make an effort to ensure that anything I cook for them meets their dietary needs. Marc Hayes narrates this book, and I appreciate how he avoided a monotone delivery by using varied pacing and inflection. A good voice actor makes a significant difference in the quality of an audiobook.
