Amazing plot twists keeping you gripped throughout . Very much enjoyed this latest book from Tim Weaver , I will be eagerly awaiting his next books to follow , now!

I don't just listen to his books, I devour them. He is an amazing writer. Now I have to wait a long time for a next book. They are all awesome, but I'd say the plot is getting more and more complicated. Maybe less complicated next time and finally some romance for Raker? It's about time! And the catches at the end...always leave you breathless and in awe of what's to happen next. Can't wait!!

Some of the voices were quite hard to tune into at first, so I had to look at chapter headings to understand the date and location.
I liked the pace and the structure- but it makes it harder to listen to in the car.
I think I would have preferred to read it.
The plot was excellent.

All Tim Weaver’s Raker books are excellent. The reader for audible is a good David Raker. A really good listen!

Excellent book in a really excellent series

Not really a proper review as I only got about a third of the way through it before I couldn't take any more of the narrators. I would have turned it off sooner but it roped me in in the first chapter by telling me a man had escaped from a locked jail cell. As soon i got the answer, I turned it off.

The book might be brilliant, I don't know. Too many narrators didn't agree with my ears, especially the Irish and American voices.
