Good book. I found chapter 7 The Tendency of the Subconscious Mind really interesting as it talked about the cells in the body and how they have a mind of their own that receives information from the brain but basically works for them themselves to renew. Also that we have a new body every year. great stuff

Love this book, can’t fail to disappoint if you want to know about taming your subconscious and applying it to creating a great life for yourself. It includes many practical exercises to try and also examples/stories of how others have succeeded.
I’ve read many power of the mind books and this one is up there with the best.
It’s helped me to identify some negative thoughts I have been having about my studies which I hadn’t realised I was doing despite being well read on the subject.
I know this book is going to be a major help in my creating a successful career change.

I also really liked the narrator, Clay Lomakayu. I did have to turn up the volume as others have said but I didn’t have any crackly background as others had also said, and it meant that his voice was very soft. It sounded as if he completely understood what he was narrating.

This book is a like a compendium of concepts I have found by other eminent authors on the subject. It doesn't matter who said or wrote it first but know that almost everything you need to know on this subject is here. I first read this book 20 plus years ago and until today I am still learning and re learning from it.
