I enjoyed listening to this audio I believe it be well research in this topic. The different types of attachments are well explained. After reading this I have better time connecting with other because I can see where they are me are coming from. I like that each stage includes way to identify it, how it is manifested and how you can overcome it. Plenty of techniques such as visualization, grounding and breath work are shared to help cope with the different stages.
The exercises on self reflection, followed by ten second pause made me feel as if I had someone guiding me on this journey. As i listened to this book I felt supported.

It is not often you will find such an in-depth study on how to heal old wounds that just keep circling in your mind. This book has that ability.

Upon beginning the audiobook, I was a bit skeptical, but I am not a psychologist myself, so I just listened to it. I found it so engrossing that I have already listened to it twice.

Take the steps outlined, and you will begin the journey to wholeness, which we all need in our lives.
