Arriving at the scene of the crime accompanied by his new colleague, Ms. Washburn, Samuel finds that what started out as a theft has escalated to murder. it took me a while to listen to the whole book but I really enjoyed it and cant wait to listen to the next one Whity and good side info ... love this author and enjoyed the narration

I was anticipating a boilerplate crime novel, this is better written and a bit out of the ordinary. Being written in the first person from the viewpoint of a neurodiverse individual also added some unexpected depth.

Overall, this was a run and compelling romp, and I'd happily pick up the next in the series.

i was hooked from the very first. Humourous, intriguing and at times educational, i was carried along by the main character's analytical perspective which highlighted the occasional absurdities of human behaviour and language.

If its the authors aim to teach us more about Aspergers, ( which I know very little about I'm sad to admit) ,while keeping us entertained with a great cosy mystery, then he is achieving his aim.
I'm off to get the next book. Great characters, great story and great narration. what's not to like?

Loved absolutely everything about this book, the narrator is fantastic and I've already downloaded the remaining books in the series, will be enjoying Samuel's escapades for a while.
