I enjoyed this. It works as an audible story because when being read to, somehow a steady story is soothing and a great pleasure. It has its highlights, but generally unfolds with a smooth rhythm. I appreciate logical storytelling, and there is never a point when you think, now hang on a minute. It all makes sense, and justice is satisfactorily served.

What made the experience of listening to The Rainmaker the most enjoyable?

As an ex law student, the arc of the story seemed to have some personal elements. I understand the anguish of the character and very much enjoyed where this story ended up.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Rainmaker?

Difficult to answer without giving spoilers away. In a book with over 50 chapters it is impossible to give a fair answer.

The narration was well performed over a long book.

Frank Muller's narration is outstanding and all the characters are real when read by him.

I love John Grisham anyway but Frank Muller's beautiful voice, gentle but strong, is perfect for this book. I will straight away look for other titles narrated by him.
