Listening to the physical symptoms took me back to my own experience as a teen, and I now think I had a social anxiety disorder that was never even a thought back then. I’m so glad there is this rich audio book packed with tips and help to overcome this. I wish I had it as a teen, and I wish my parents were aware of all this information. So helpful.
This disorder is on the rise, our fears are exaggerated, yet there is so much help in this guide. I hope you check it out.
A couple things I found most helpful were the list of common triggers, those things that would set off the anxiety. If I would have known those, I could have avoided them or known what to do about it. Avoidance is never a good long term strategy. Mindfulness was explored and healthy eating, both help you find relief.
