I love Laura and have been following for a few years I was so excited to listen to this! It's taken me a bit longer having X2 little ones 3 and under but I got there!! I feel like this is a lot of things I already knew BUT it cemented things for me and also reminded me about being a role model... it helped bring me back to a place of connection with my toddler over the last few months during a house move .... and Post natal depression. This helped me to remember most of all they need us... and not to take things to heart.

I would look forward to a second book because at the moment my 3 yr old has suddenly decided to stop sleeping after 3 years of pretty steady sleep and routines... so I feel at a lost if you've already tried what's in this book... so just a bit of expansion on that area would be lovely... However I'm aware Laura has a lot going on just now with her Beautiful daughter. So I will be more than happy to wait and see what she does next! I will support her all the way!

This book came at the perfect time for us as we are just starting to navigate real toddler-dom with our 19 month old. Laura has written something we will no doubt come back to again and again for helpful tips, tricks, and most importantly explanations of why our toddlers are so very ‘toddler’. With expertise and empathy, this is the perfect book for parents of toddlers, or those about to be parents to toddlers.

I absolutely love Nanny Amies, she is so knowledgeable and passionate about the early years. I wish I'd known about you when I'd had my first as I feel like a better parent with my second with all the guidance. I love the additional PDFs so I can can go back to reference parts under certain chapters.
I recommend this to all parents navigating toddlers!

This book is a must for any parents who are struggling with any elements of raising a toddler - be that tantrums, potty training or getting rid of their dummy.
Laura has used her years of experience to create this easy to follow, helpful and at times, funny book.

I absolutely loved this, I follow Laura on TikTok and have learnt many things from her so when I found out she was writing her book sharing her knowledge, I knew I had to read it. As a foster carer with children under 5 many of these skill will be great to put into practice. 5 start read

I struggle letting my mind wonder with audiobooks but with a toddler running around I knew it was my only chance to get the information I needed! Was pleasantly surprised, very easy to listen to - became part of our breakfast routine and thoroughly enjoyed listening.

The content was incredible. All the topics that I’ve been wondering about were covered, what I really appreciated was the reasons and theories behind the recommendations, this really allowed insight into the toddlers mind and to understand how to change our behaviour’s - I think that’s so important! Was delivered in a very unjundgemiental fashion which was also appreciated! A great read! Will be recommending and sharing this with the grandparents so we’re all singing from the same hymn sheet.

I have a 1yr 9m old and a newborn so some of the advice will be fantastic for the future but I am definately going to be putting as much into practice now as possible.

I have 4 gorgeous boys. 3 of them the older ones were blooming delightful babies and toddlers with very little issue. The usual tears and tantrums but we mastered management and they are the most caring, empathetic children ever. However, my last feral baby- WOW that gorgeous little boy is a bloody nightmare, parented the exact same but our usual patter is not working. So I turned to this book from recommendations and following on TikTok. It has CHANGED OUR LIVES AND OUR SONS for the better. It’s like a miracle in a book and although I haven’t changed my parenting style as such what I have learnt is to ground myself and allow my self to be in the moment and deal with the situation, understanding Noah’s feelings and allowing him to make a good choice. He is less angry and is the first to apologise when he has had an outburst. Thank you so much Laura you are a blooming angel 🥰 Elizabeth is a very lucky little girl to have a cracking momma xx
