I enjoyed listening to the book! Great for young and old if you are just getting into hiking. This covers all the basics! Sometimes the topics are very simple but its always great to hear again! I found the attached PDF particularly helpful. It's great for the beginner and really puts the suggestions of the book into actionable first steps. Highly recommend for the first time hiker.
