this is the BEST one by far!

Be trained the difference between staring into someone's eyes like the TV news anchor stares in the camera and knowing how to hold contact in a way that is neither inexorable nor persistent.

Eye contact is very important especially when it comes to relationships and business. I come from an Asian household where you are taught to look down and if you make eye contact with someone then it's considered threatening.

Very Entertaining
Making eye contact with people shows them you're confident and helps you connect on a more personal level. While some folks may have problems with looking someone in the eye during communication, it's an essential key to explaining good interpersonal skills.
