A framework for modern complex sales
If you sell into enterprise this parable is a must read. The EDVANCE system is simple and repeatable.
It’s also a stark reminder that there is no place for ego or hero sellers. Hopefully this is a nail in the coffin of high pressure, squeeze the customer selling. Great job
