About this listen

I should have known I’d break the oath I made when I offered to let my best friend’s little sister move in with me…

She’s the sweetest woman on the face of the planet.

And to my great misfortune, the sexiest one, too.

She’s been living under her brother’s roof her entire life, and she’s ready to spread her wings.

And I’m the masochist who offers she stay at my place until she can find an apartment.

When I hear her having a nightmare, the only thing I can do is go to her. Hold her so she knows she’s safe from her demons.

The second she’s in my arms, the attraction I’ve tried to hide sparks to life. I know better than to push past the boundaries I’ve set for us, but when she begs me to touch her in a way she’s never been touched, I can’t resist.

And with my name on her lips as I send her soaring for the first time, I know there’s no going back.

I’m willing to break every rule and oath I’ve ever made to keep her.

Accept every consequence.

Only she and I have a dark, dangerous history that no one knows about.

And I’m afraid the consequences of loving her have just caught up to us…

Be still my heart!

I am in love with this series! AL Jackson writes another fantastic romantic suspense, and I just could not stop listening. Was it her choice of narrators? Yes! Was it the amazing story? Yes! It could not be better! Otto and Raven have known each other forever. Otto is her brother, River's best friend and circumstances have given these two a special relationship. Otto has seen her as a sister for the longest time, but as she grew up, his feelings changed. Keeping them to himself due to loyalty to Rier, he is loving her from afar. Raven is damaged. Hurt as a young adult, she doesn't trust and doesn't feel safe. Except with River and Otto. So when she finds the need to move out of River's home, she temporarily stays with Otto. Now the fun begins. But it's not all fun watching these two dance around each other. There is danger lurking, and the question is who is bringing it to Moonlit Ridge? Jackson had me on the edge, wondering what would happen next, and how it would all turn out! It's a fabulous listen, full of passion and suspense. Plus visiting with Charleigh and River is a treat! I cannot wait to hear what she has in store next.

Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum. I don't have to even say more with a narration team like this. Crais pulls out the broody, alpha male that Otto is. He is protective and his voice is like a hug with Raven, and like a bear when ready to attack! Ketchum is Raven, and her voice is so perfect! She is broken, yet healing, and as she deals with her past, she pulls out not to play the victim, yet her fear is real. I loved these two, and they had me leaving my earbuds in nonstop. It's fantastic!

5 Stars!!!!!

The way Amy nailed the tropes in this book... brothers best friend, age gap, morally grey MMC, he dances with her, band of brothers - yes please!

The chemistry between Raven and Otto was beyond palpable and the tension as they navigate their pasts, confront their fears, and embark on a journey of self-discovery was just so good. The story blends tension, suspense, and heartfelt moments, making it impossible to put down.

The audio narration was absolutely outstanding. Desiree Ketchum and Connor Crais breathe life into the characters, with Desiree’s heartfelt vulnerability and Connor’s brooding intensity perfectly capturing the emotions of the story. Their performances really elevated the experience, making each moment feel raw and authentic. This is a must-listen for anyone who loves a powerful, healing romance!

Wonderful Story & Narration🎧Gripping & Emotional!

A.L. Jackson pens another amazing novel, a small town romantic suspense that captivates your attention and tugs at your heartstrings the entire time. I absolutely loved the first book in the “Moonlit Ridge” series and thought it is going to be hard to top that one, but A.L. Jackson outdid herself with this second book, Otto and Raven’s story and I would like to say this series the series just gets better and better, but that would not be fair to the first book, which was Charleigh and River’s story. Otto is River’s best friend and brother, not by blood but in their found family, and Raven is River’s younger sister. Raven and Otto share a special bond which deepened over the years, and while he saw her as a younger sister when she was younger his feelings morphed into something deeper, but she is untouchable and forbidden to him, not to mention too good for him. Raven is in love with Otto, and as much as she wants to take the next step in their relationship, he won’t cross that line out of respect for her brother. With Raven looking for a place to stay, Otto invited her to stay at his home, which made not crossing the line became that more difficult. There was an undeniable chemistry between them, and they could only deny each other for so long. When someone threatens Raven, Otto and River go into protective mode and try to find out who and why they are targeting her. Hearing Raven’s and Otto’s back stories was gut-wrenching, and my heart went out to them both. Otto and the guys still did their thing for the Sovereign, but he also had something else going on, something dangerous, something he kept secret, and he was not the only one who had secrets. I loved all the layers of this story and how it all played out, with a perfect balance of drama, angst, mystery, thrilling suspense, a twist I never saw coming, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. As always, Jackson’s writing, plot and world building are incredible, as are the character growth and development. A.L. Jackson, thank you for another outstanding story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum deliver an amazing performance, bringing the characters to life, giving each a voice that was fitting for a perfect portrayal of each. I loved how they took each role and made it their own sounding believable and just as I imagined the characters to sound. Connor Crais nailed it as Otto, grasping every aspect of his personality and demeanor, from his battles with his inner demons to good heartedness and protective self. Desireé Ketchum was just as fabulous in Raven’s role, also grasping every aspect of her personality, from her fierceness to her longing and determination. Both were fantastic performing the roles as the side/secondary characters, too. They set the right tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling them all. These two made a great team, with voices and talent that complemented each other and a performance that elevates the story to another level. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to.

Amazing!

I was so excited to be back in Moonlit Ridge. Under an Endless Moon is an epic brother’s best friend romance with the perfect amount of angst and suspense! This book gets all the stars! I’m obsessed with Otto and Raven!! I love them so much! They have such a strong and deep connection. The way these two pined over each other for years was everything! The chemistry, banter and tension was perfection! The plot was amazing. I loved how we got the flashbacks and learned more about Otto and Raven’s past and how that was impacting the present day. It was woven in so beautifully.

Connor Crais and Desireé Ketchum perform this audiobook in dual narration. This pairing was perfect and both embodied Otto & Raven so beautifully!

Emotionally intense

This was an intense and incredibly emotional story.
Otto & Raven have both suffered through the same trágedy but from different perspectives, they both have great & pain from their loss.
Otto has always been there for Raven, keeping her Sage, and bringing her peace.
The absolute love & chemistry between these two is intense & beautiful.
This age gap, brothers best friend, forced proximity, romance was so intense & beautiful. I love the relationship between them, how Otto tried so hard to resist, but couldn’t. He was head over heels for her, protecting her, giving her peace & loving her fully.

Emotional MC Romance

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️

Audiobook Review:
Narrated by Connor Crais & Desiree Ketchum.
These two were absolutely amazing in giving life to the characters. Their tone and emotions made me feel like it was real. It made me cry, hurt, laugh and fall in love.
Wow, this took me for an emotional ride. My first by this author and I was so glad I got to listen to it. The author has written an amazing story that was easy to fall in love with.
First I will say TW check is very very important as some things were very sensitive.
Otto 😍, he was such a complex character. With loving and protective nature he was still broken from his upbringing and a loss that's hard to move on from. Now he is breaking his promise to his brothers of their MC family because his need for vengeance is too strong. (I didn't blame him either).
Raven, she is such a sweetheart. She is funny, sweet, cheeky and full of sunshine. She refuses her past trauma to define her future. But her nightmares still haunt her.
Raven is Otto's best friends sister and they all kind of grown up together. Their connections is like no other and has been from the start. But Otto had to make a promise he will never make a move on her.
So when Raven moves out to Otto's place until she finds her own place, he is really struggling with the vow and his heart.
Raven doesn't make it easy on him either haha. I loved how she as with him and all the teasing. But when they connect it is absolutely beautiful and so raw, filled with so much love. He is absolutely obsessed and possessed by her. Love his don't even bother looking at her attitude haha.
But Otto needs to be on full alert and no distractions because someone is threatening Raven and plus he has a deep secret that will make him lose her (So he thinks).
What Otto doesn't know is that Raven has a bigger secret that she is scared what he will do when he finds out.
The suspense and action was so realistic. I did not guess at all who it could be. That twist was brilliant.
Loved the whole found family, brotherhood, banter, humour, emotions, love and the spice (Fanning myself). Oh and when he calls her his moon flower 😻.
I can't wait for more from this author.

Raven and Otto!

Raven has a difficult past, but she refuses to let it define her as she has always had her brother and his best friend Otto. She has been living with her brother but now that he has fallen in love it is time for her to move out. Until she finds a place of her own, she finds herself staying with Otto who has owned her heart since she was a teenager.

Otto feels regret and guilt for the events of the past and he is determined to protect Raven, but he doesn’t believe they can ever be together. He has always made her feel safe but now that they are living together keeping her safe from him may be the biggest challenge of all.

Raven and Otto take us on an emotional and suspenseful journey you won’t be able to put down. Raven is strength and resilience is a perfect match for the protector in Otto as they show they are each other’s equals in every way. Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum do a wonderful job with the characters and you can feel the depth of their love through their portrayal.

Beautiful Story!

This is the second book in the Moonlit Ridge series, a romantic suspense. Otto and Raven's age gap and older brother's best friend romance is beautifully written and engaging, filled with angst, secrets, mystery, danger, suspense, and twists and turns. Otto is such a great man, supportive, and protective. Raven is beautiful, kind, and smart. The back and forth, past to present, helped to understand their traumatic past. I liked the slow burn romance. I loved to see again the characters from the first book in the series. Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum did an excellent job bringing this story to life. I loved their voices together. I enjoyed it.

Otto & Raven

AL Jackson’s books never ever disappoint. This book was emotionally charged, beautifully written and divinely narrated by Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum.
Otto and Raven are forbidden and meant to be. Their story has been years in the making, the angst they’ve gone through and all the issues they encountered over the years made them who they are today. I really enjoyed the flashbacks to their past showing how their decisions now are affected by what happened.
