Great Audiobook - Love the meal plan included!

I had no idea that the gut affected my overall health and mood. This book has a ton of great information on how the gut really affects your overall health. I learned so much listening to this audiobook and am pleased that I can go back and re-listen to specific sections.

I really liked the section on the 6 types of food to eat and the 7 day meal plan. The book is easy to follow, and the narrator does a great job too! The recipes included in the PDF attached to this audiobook are perfect for getting your gut into shape for the new year!

Gut wisdom

This book is a must-listen audiobook that opened my eyes to the remarkable link between our gut and brain.

The gut influences everything!

I received "The 7-Day Gut Health Plan" as a gift, and it's been a revelation for my well-being. I might have been skeptical if someone had told me that great gut health is the key to happiness, but this audiobook proved it right.

Powerful information!

I've recently been introduced to the idea of the gut brain connection. The source of all disease is inflammation and what we eat controls our gut health which can either create happiness or chaos in our bodies with the latter contributing to inflammation and disease. This audiobook dove deep into overall gut health and how it affects general wellbeing and also provides a meal plan to follow. Very informative!

This audiobook does a really incredible job of explaining and highlighting the importance of the gut-brain connection. This is a concept I had heard about but never really understood exactly what it was. Well, this audiobook explains it all and breaks down the importance and the effects on not only our bodies but also our mental health, The author explains the chemistry involved with both the brain and the gut and the importance of the reactions. Clearly the author is an expert on the subject and I learned so much from listening to this audiobook. I highly recommend it.
