Excellent, clear and comforting
I discovered Patrick Holford on a recent podcast on brain health and now can't get enough of his work! This book is full of expert and clear guidance on how to protect your brain - and upgrade your health overall. It is engaging and superbly clear, supported by research throughout. I loved every minute and have already recommended it to friends, including those who are currently trying to help family members with cognitive decline. Five stars.

Backed by Research
This was so interesting and informative. Covers a broad spectrum of circumstances and disorders. Backed by research and honest about motivations for the book (and other books/projects). Bought the paper copy and I’ll definitely be reviewing my supplement intake.

Too much Waffle
Evolution is a theory not fact !! This book has too much theory on why our brains are the way they are because of how we evolved from the sea !! But our closest relatives the monkeys aren't as clever as dolphins .... if we evolved our closest relatives the monkeys should be the next brightest species ? Doesn't make sense so put me off reading any more.
