About this listen
Everything was peaceful in Amarantha, until the Oracle rode into town.
When the woman delivers a dark message of destruction and doom, demons tear into the street, and the city dissolves into chaos.
Predictably, all signs point to me, the mortal Prince of Darkness.
My happy life as a fleshy mortal had been going marvelously. Clove and Jam are closer than ever, and our little party has expanded, taking in Caz and Ash, two women who are as strong as they are beautiful.
While taking on the challenges of school tests and venturing forth on my first adventure abroad, I must also push higher and higher in the Tower of Amarantha.
As if any of this were easy, a phantom from my past life has come to haunt me. Before anyone learns of my secret, I must kill a powerful demon that knows my true identity....
All without revealing my a thing to my faithful companions.
Well, nothing comes easy, they say - especially if I am the one who will doom us all.
(Contains unconventional relationships and adult situations.)

4/5
The story advances more with this volume as we learn more about the main character and his past.
Not much in tower climbing but the action is still there.
