Great book
Some great advice for something that can often be a taboo subject and women are often left to fend for themselves. It covers absolutely everything you might possibly need from coping with hot sweats to dealing with the highs and lows of hormone changes and everything inbetween. I loved the holistic approach to help you manage the symptoms naturally rather than just taking drugs. Well written and a great aid for all women going through the change

Learning more about your body's health
It's great to learn about your body, even if you're not a doctor. I love learning new ideas. For example, I would love to discover ways to improve my memory so I can study with confidence and find solutions to reduce stress, allowing us to change our perspective on society. I have a lot to change in terms of bad habits. As we change, we can start anew to enhance our active lifestyle and overall well-being. With the audiobook, I received a lot of answers. For example, when we exercise, we build strong muscles in our bodies. Additionally, when people smoke, they often don’t realize they are prematurely aging. Menopause is a great way to learn more about various treatments.

Understanding what’s next
After talking with my doctor and realizing menopause is coming up quicker than I thought, I really wanted to understand what’s happening with my body. This book lays it all out in a way that actually makes sense. It goes into stuff like hot flashes, sleep issues, mood changes, weight, digestion, and even intimacy. I liked that it included natural options along with medical ones, so I could see the full picture. There’s also info on bone health and emotional well-being, which I hadn’t thought about.
