Absolutely enjoyed listening to Mindy, on the way to work and home. A delightful book. Never thought there was someone else so alike to my sisters and I. So many similarities that we can relate to and this makes us feel great! Thank you Mindy for sharing and giving your readers an insight to your life experiences.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Mindy was much more earnest in her first book. This book has some good parts, where she talks about BJ and about confidence. But some parts could have been cut out (the emails of the faculty staff).

Has Why Not Me? put you off other books in this genre?

No.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

The last part about not answering a young girls question about confidence correctly at a panel. I think this why Mindy is such a force and voice that should be acknowledged, listened and looked up to.

Was Why Not Me? worth the listening time?

I enjoyed this trip down Mindy's memory lane, it's an easy listen which meant I could drop in and out without needing to remember the previous chapters. I would recommend this to my friend's but I would warn that you could be prone to outbursts of laughter…which may attract strange looks if you’re listening on public transport!

i find all her work hilarious! her chirpy voice and delivery is excellent. I like the commentary but also the factual autobiographical bits. so funny
