Book 2 gives so many twists and turns I didn’t see coming! I enjoyed how the character’s connections got deeper but I am still left with so many questions!! Book 3 officially on the TBR list!

As far as reverse harems go this is pretty good. It has the elements of a dark bully romance.

The narration for me was everything, I loved how the narrators would dip in and out throughout the chapters, rather than doing a set chapter each. This for me gave it such a good feel and really kept me interested.

The way this book ends....... AJ don’t do it, snitches get stitches. I am loving how this story is going so far, although I'm waiting for more chemistry between the crows and AJ. Now I've got a long wait for books 3 and 4 to make it onto audible. Please don't make me wait too long.

The narrators do an amazing job in bringing the story to life. 5 🌟

What a second book in an epic series. AJ once again proves how she is a super strong female on this journey she’s on with her men.

Once again, the Bordeaux’s are the absolute perfect voices for all the characters.

Ava Jade really tries to fight her attraction to Corvus, Grey and Rook, but she's impossibly drawn to them. Grey finds texts from her unknown stalker.
This is an intense roller coaster ride! We some steamy scene's , the twists and turns in the story keep you on the edge of your seat. ahh cliff-hanger

There’s some series where you absolutely can’t wait to see what happens next and this is certainly one of them! I love everything about it. This book starts off where Crocked Crows left us taking us on a whirlwind of trials quite literally and tribulations. The emotional crazy this book puts you through too! I mean that ending urrrgh!! Not so much a cliffhanger but a real tease into what’s going to come! I love that there’s so much push and pull between Ava Jade and the guys despite their clear connection they really do fight against it. I just want to jump into the next book! Once again this book has been bought to life by my favourite narrators Bridget and Jake! I definitely couldn’t be happier that this series is out on audiobook

Book 2 in the series this story will keep you on the edge till the end . This is a well written story will 3 heros and the heroine. This story has more then one POV . The story has drama, tension, bullying, strength, well thought out and crafted characters, Everything you need .
Heroine is Ava Jane . She’s stuck in the middle of trials She has to prove herself in order to stay alive. Her mates are different then each other but they make one whole with Rock , Grey and Corvis. .

Bridget Bordeaux, Jake Bordeaux performance is beyond fantastic. They are strong performers , they do all the characters tone great you are able to know who is who

The twists and turns in this book had me on edge not knowing what was going to happen to AJ next. It’s obvious Diesel wants her dead but AJ is strong and she doesn’t make things easy . I’m hoping the connection she has with Corvus , Grey and Rook will stop her doing what she’s planning at the end of this book and I can’t wait to see how book 3 plays out.

Elena Lawson continues to wow me with the second book of her “Boys of Briar Hall” series, this book picks up where the first book, “Crooked Crows”, ended, the first book is not to be missed, it lays the foundation for the series and for what is to come, the world building and character development and growth is phenomenal and continual throughout the series. Ava Jade “AJ” Mason is fearless, they gave her an ultimatum, well not really, since there was not any choice in the matter. She will be initiated into the Crows but only if she can get thru and pass the trials. She became more tolerable with the Crows, Corvus, Rook and Grey, after spending more time with them, growing closer with each one of them. They also developed feelings for her and while they knew she had to be put thru the trials, it did not entirely thrill them either. She faces other challenges as well, including dealing with her roommate, Det. Vick was still trying to lure her in and her biggest challenge was Diesel. Ava Jade is no ordinary badass, she is smart, cunning and can think on her feet, a force to be reckoned with and I am looking forward to see what her next move is going to be, that ending had me yelling, no, no, no, but no matter what I know she will do the right thing but what will the Crows do, will they let their little sparrow fly or will they clip her wings. I loved how everything played out in this book, it is a cleverly plotted story with plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling suspense, heartfelt and emotional moments and some steamy romance. Elena Lawson, thank you for this wildly wicked and entertaining ride!

🎧📚🎧 And for the wonderful narration, Bridget Bordeaux and Jake Bordeaux continue to do an awesome job bringing these characters and their story to life. They have a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that was a perfect fit for that character’s persona, sounding believable and just as I pictured the characters to sound. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and projected them into their performance. These talented narrators are versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen.
