Very deep and powerful book, requires bravery to go through to the end to the core. Will read this as a bible multiple times. It's a lifetime book which has to kept through out a life time. Get yourself a lot's of tissues and stay brave right untill the end.

2. Beautifully read by the author. Her voice was soothing and I felt wrapped up in it like in a loving blanket.
3. Ordered a hard copy now, as I will go over it with a highlighter and to repeat excersizes.

This book was recommended to me by a professional therapist and it has blown my mind. I always felt I was alone in my experience but after reading this book I no longer feel this way. This book will help those who were raised by a narcissistic mother. I never knew I was raised by one until I read this book which hit the nail on the head. Have listened to it about four times and also ordered the book as I wanted to highlight some useful things that were narrated within the audio version. Could not recommend it enough.

Listening to it, made me realise how hurt we are as people, how many challenges we have in front of us, how much work we must do. Hope this book will help many people as helped me and people around me to spread understanding and awarness about narcissistic mothers and harm made as consequence. Will continue to learn and master about CPTSD and devour/edibles mother and help as many people I can help. God help me with that!
