Yoga for Snow Sports, Vol. 2, starts with a short relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body for the 19 yoga postures that follow. The class then concludes with a longer relaxation.

The class instructions are mixed with a relaxing background music track that sets a mood perfect for yoga. A printable PDF guide book that highlights the easy-to-follow instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture accompanies this class.
