I don't play golf and have never been into it, but this book has peaked my interest and it's nice that mindfulness is a message throughout this book and golf in general. The narration was good however there's static noise in the background - perhaps because it's an old audiobook, it's not that bad thankfully. Highly recommended!

Definitely worth a read if you are the type of golfer that takes a few holes before you start to play. The mindset of a golfer is so important to good golf and this will teach you techniques to training your mind to cooperate and help you play easy flowing shots.

There were so many recognisable situations mentioned in this book and practical advice to address them. It wasn't just a rule book of fix this by doing this, all was delivered and explained through example and good humour
