  • Hi everyone, today's episode captures a wonderfully inspiring conversation with Yanou Jaouen. In his early 20s Yanou hitch hiked back to France from Thailand. We talk about those initial experiences, the importance of living outside his comfort zone and reflected on the kindness shared by people who he met and connected with along the way.

    We then cover more of Yann's life experiences, which includes him spending 3 years hitch hiking and cycling around South America, the impact of embracing yoga and how he has managed to capture the journey such as writing the first of a likely series of books about his travels.
