The Noble Bachelor - Part One

  • Summary

  • THE DISAPPEARANCE OF HARRIET DORAN - and the curious termination of her wedding. My companion and I were alerted to a new case - the first for our official status as Sherlock & Co Ltd. We were walking Archie in the park when two distressed American women caught my attention. What they told us was very alarming. It’s surprisingly bloody good!

It takes the first two or so episodes to get the storyline set and to lay the back story. But it’s a genuinely clever way to bridge the gap of storytelling from a modern perspective.

Sherlock & Co via the podcast story format is brilliant. It opens up the door to huge potential for ongoing storylines and the introduction of more characters and new ways Sherlock can get into trouble.

It’s a pity Dr Watson is painted as a bit dim but he comes through in his own way.

Genuinely a great listen on my commutes.
