Fascinating history

Genuine learning experience into how medical research was exponentially spurred on by the draft for the Vietnam war. A number of medical physicians are interviewed as well. Alan Alda does a good job of hosting it. My only gripe is the repetition at the beginning of each new episode as to what’s gone before. I listened to all episodes in one go and did not need the repeats but perhaps those who break their listening might. Overall an impressive and awareness raising podcast.

Remarkable people enabled by excellent public policy

This is a wonderful testimony to the many remarkable people who changed medical science. Excellently captured and told.
