The meditation ends extremely abruptly.. which hardly makes you feel relaxed.. up until the end it’s great.. should be corrected for sure..🤷🏼‍♀️

The meditation itself is very good. it may sound unusual due to the Way Dr Dispenza has chosen to speak throughout. This style of speaking has been chosen to vibrate at the correct frequency to help access the meditative state more quickly. I definitely felt this once I got over him sounding like a sixties Sci fi Robot.
The ending of this particular copy is really abrupt and shocked me out of an otherwise deep meditation.
I suggest deleting this and adding the other copy of it. 'Deep sleep meditation' which is on Audible in full.

I was enjoying the meditation (had been looking for one specifically for before sleep). As other reviews have mentioned just as the meditation is ending it cuts off, not just mid sentence but mid word!
