A Warm Hug, Kick up the Butt & Little Bit of Woo

I've listened to about 5 of the episodes so far, and this is a great resource, regardless of whether you are already a follower of Calm the Chaos or not. The energy between Dayna & Jason somehow makes the episodes feel like a personal coaching session that feels like a warm hug from friends, whilst also getting a kick up the butt to take a tiny next step towards your current goal, with just the right amount of Jason woo thrown in (although more woo is always welcome!). I would definitely recommend if you're looking for an intro to what Calm the Chaos is all about, or to find out more about the topics in the new book.
