 Llançà, Girona. La tarde del 25 de noviembre de 1993 Isidre Matas, un hombre de 59 años, sufre un atropello al salir del trabajo. El impacto le provoca fracturas en la pierna izquierda y en una costilla y le obliga a permanecer ingresado en el hospital dos semanas. La Guardia Civil, que investiga el caso, concluye que se trata de un accidente pero, tres semanas después, Isidre vuelve a resultar herido.
