I was diagnosed with scoliosis at 13, wore a back brace to school for a few years and have eventually found some kind of balance using resistance training to help me feel stronger, move better and have more confidence in the way that my body moves and feels.
This is not a 'how to' podcast and just me sharing my experiences in the hope that it will make other folk with scoliosis feel less alone.
