Episode 7: ADHD, Anxiety & Enjoying Fear

  • Summary

  • Do you have anxiety with your ADHD? Do you engage in high-risk activities or enjoy frightening things? As someone diagnosed with both ADHD and generalized anxiety, one with an aversion to risk, an empath, I don't understand. I understand the neurochemical process involved, but I also don't understand it from a practical perspective.

In this episode, I discuss ADHD in the context of anxiety and high-risk activities and the enjoyment of being spooked.
